As part of a the founding in-house video team for the Shutterfly, INC family of brands, I partnered closely with the Sr. Creative Directors and VP of Marketing on concepts, design, and the overall vision for all video content that led to massive growth and monetization of each brand through digital ad campaigns.
Spearheaded fresh concepts and took creative risks that moved the brands forward to appeal to a more elevated and untapped target market.
Hired and led freelance production teams, secured locations, and casted talent to partner with on a consistent basis to help each brand achieve a recognizable visual identity across all marketing channels.
Understood the needs of each marketing channel and "best practices" to develop creative that had the greatest impact to the customer while closely adhering to brand voice and design guidelines.
Developed deep knowledge of a "Digital first" marketing approach, understanding the needs of paid and social media and how to capture creative that best suits the requirements of success in those channels. Achieved 1M views, 1.5% CTR, and + $250M in revenue.
